I didn’t start J Impact because it was the logical next step. I started it because I was tired of watching women be invisible in a world they helped build.I know what it feels like to be told you’re too much or not enough. I’ve survived those voices. I’ve survived harder things. And I kept pushing anyway.When I found women’s tackle football, I thought I’d found my people. What I found instead was a gap that made me angry in the best possible way.Talented, dedicated, powerful women paying to play while no one told their stories. No marketing. No branding. No visibility. Not because they weren’t worthy. Because no one had built the infrastructure yet.So,I built it!We are not just an agency. We are a movement and we came with a full ecosystem built specifically for women in sports.We bring together the strategists, creatives, and industry professionals that women athletes have always deserved but rarely had access to.
